Help with your pay review

Resolve input problems, understand history and exports, and find official wage-and-hour help.

Start with the right workweek

Ask payroll when your fixed workweek starts, which hours count as worked time, and whether the standard nonexempt hourly method applies to you. If you are unsure, keep “Not sure” selected. The tool will withhold a result.

Why is my paycheck different?

Check the period, actual worked hours, rate changes, shift differentials, bonuses, leave pay, reimbursements, and the meaning of the overtime line. Do not compare net take-home pay with gross pay. Use the downloadable review summary to ask payroll about a specific difference.

Why did a format switch stop?

Minute entry and two-decimal-hour entry cannot express every value exactly in both formats. Keep the current format or edit the time deliberately. The app does not silently round your worked hours.

History and files

Enable saving and press Save to keep a snapshot. Edit opens a saved snapshot; press Update saved period to retain edits. Duplicate makes a separate saved copy. Export JSON for backup. Import replaces history only after validation and your confirmation. A malformed file does not change history.
